Role Responsibilities

  • Draft and review prompts involving legal reasoning, statutory interpretation, case analysis, and procedural workflows
  • Evaluate and revise AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, clarity, and professional alignment
  • Create prompt variants based on style, instruction-following, and user personas (e.g., legal professional vs. layperson)
  • Identify examples that expose weaknesses in model reasoning or legal content handling
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research coordination teams to refine outputs
  • Contribute to long-term supervised fine-tuning dataset development initiatives

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree
  • Strong experience in legal practice, academia, or research
  • Expertise in one or more areas such as constitutional law, contracts, criminal procedure, or administrative law
  • Exceptional analytical writing skills and strong understanding of legal argument structure
  • Experience in legal education or content development is preferred
