Overview

Job Title: Team Leader - Landscaping & Fencing

Location: Alvechurch + customer premises

Department: Production Services

Accountable to: Contract Manager

Salary: Competitive, discussed individually

Working Hours: 45 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee and manage landscaping and fencing operations. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading a team of Landscaping Operatives, ensuring high-quality service, safety, and productivity across our customer sites.

In this hands-on position, you'll supervise day-to-day operations, mentor your team, and maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring health and safety standards, and keeping work on track with top-notch standards.

Responsibilities
