• Understanding of the Land Entry process.

• Knowledge of the Water Industry Act 1991.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land referencing searches using HM Land Registry.
• Prepare and issue land entry notices using the LENS database.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical queries.
