Job Title: CPCS/NPORS Telehandler Operator & Labourer

Location: Market Drayton, TF9

Job Type: Long-term

Contract Salary: Competitive, DOE (Dependent on Experience)

Are you a skilled Labourer with proven Telehandler experience? Do you hold a valid CPCS or NPORS card and value long-term, stable work?

A leading construction contractor is seeking a reliable and competent Telehandler Operator & Labourer to join a busy industrial construction project in Market Drayton. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to secure a long-term position on a major site.

The Role

As a key member of our site team, your duties will be split between skilled telehandler operation and general labouring tasks to support the project. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Telehandler Operation: Safely and efficiently operating the telehandler for loading, unloading, and moving materials across the site.
• General Labouring: Assisting with various site duties including digging, trenching, moving materials by hand, site clearance, and supporting other trades.
• Health & Safety: Adhering to all site safety protocols and procedures at all times. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hazard-free work environment.
• Teamwork: Working collaboratively with site managers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure project targets are met.

The Candidate (You MUST have)

• A valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket (Essential).
• Proven experience operating a telehandler on a busy construction site.
• A strong understanding of and commitment to health and safety.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labouring tasks.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• The right to work in the UK.
