Job description
Labourer / Damp & Mould Operative

Grade 3, £25,185 up to £26,403 per annum pro rata plus standby and call out payments.

37 hours per week, 2 year fixed‑term contract. Requirement to join an out of hours emergency call out rota.

Location

Hinckley & Bosworth – a PLACE OF OPPORTUNITY. Situated at the very heart of England on the border of the East and West Midlands, well connected by major transport links to the cities of Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham and in an ideal location for commuting being close to major transport links of the M1, M6, M69, M42 and the A5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out works to tenanted and void council housing stock located in all areas of the borough.
  • Travel between works using a van provided by the council.
  • Use appropriate trade tools and follow health and safety training.
  • Perform work at heights using a ladder where required.
