Overview

Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. The role

To provide a responsive and preventative service to assist the Tradespersons to repair and maintain the Council’s housing stock and buildings across Redditch Borough.

Key Requirements

• Material delivery to site, waste collections, assisting trades to deliver repairs and maintenance to council stock.
• Undertaking loft insulation installation/replacement
• Hold a full clean uk driving license.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
• work on various general maintenance tasks as required

Skills & experience

• Hold a full clean uk driving license
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills while being adaptable to work requirements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate basic tools and equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in construction or property maintenance related fields.
