A leading consulting firm is seeking a LAB Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager to oversee strategic benefits initiatives and wellbeing programs. This role involves managing end-to-end benefits, ensuring the Employee Value Proposition is implemented consistently across markets. As the LAB Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of benefits and wellbeing initiatives for all employees and Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) across the LAB system (London, Amsterdam, Brussels).
You will oversee end-to-end benefits management, wellbeing programs, and benefit renewal cycles, ensuring BCG’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is embedded consistently across markets.
