A childcare organisation in East Midlands is seeking a Level 2/Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team at YMCA Stepping Stones. Candidates should have a passion for working with children and be able to create a safe, stimulating environment. The role offers training opportunities and the chance to develop skills in overseeing children’s development in a supportive setting. Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
This is an exciting time for you to join YMCA Stepping Stones; we are currently expanding our provision and developing our rooms and outdoor spaces.
We are looking for enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team with the drive to provide a high quality and supportive learning environment for our children and their families.
We are looking for a positive, vibrant individual with a passion for working with children to provide a safe, stimulating and positive environment to support children’s behaviour, learning and development.
You will of course be supported and have the opportunity to develop and enhance your own skills along the way.
Minimum level 2 early years qualification
Knowledge of legislation including equality, safeguarding, PREVENT, SEND, health and safety and food hygiene.
Safeguarding to level 3 (training can be provided)
