Overview

I am the National Eventing Executive. I am responsible for coordinating & aligning the business functions on all multi-brand retail activities. I am key in fostering a joined-up approach to the consumer journey, supporting the execution of multi-brand retail activations to our consumers and ensuring collaboration from Head Office to Retail field management & stores., RETAIL ACTIVATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multi-brand activities across the portfolio of brands, channels & categories, in collaboration with BUs and Retail & Omni Education.
  • Ensure all activations and events have a clear objective, conduct post-activity reviews to monitor ROI, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of events to ensure the successful delivery of all predefined business event targets and strategic performance objectives.
  • Communicate the calendar & timing of events/activities to stakeholders.
  • In collaboration with Omni Services & Education, & Retail Field Management, develop a library of multi-brand events to activate in the field to drive consumer experience.
  • Deliver on all O+O consumer experience KPI.
  • Co-ordinate & contribute to Retail Drive, BA conferences & Retailer Conferences.
Event Tools & Setup
  • Develop event kits up that drive in store consumer engagement and retail conversion for multi-brand, category and artistry teams.
  • Collaborate with Senior Area Managers & Retail Management to deliver MB activities, including communicating changes to the calendar in a timely manner.
  • Work with Senior Area Managers & Retail Management to ensure staffing & resources allocated across the mobile teams.
Budget Management
  • Ensure all MB events & activities are delivered within budget.
  • Coordinate temporary agency staffing for activities within budget.
  • Manage & coordinate payments associated with the delivery of MB activities/events.
