Job summary

Overview

The Learning & Development Business Partner will support the delivery of the People Strategy by providing an effective and efficient Learning and Development function, ensuring our teams have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to support the achievement of our key strategic aims and objectives.

Hours: 37 per week

Location: Radius Offices, Belfast/ Holywood

Reference: FHA04291

Salary: £33,366 (SP23) - £37,938 SP28) per annum

This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working, subject to an initial induction period.

Requirements

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

  1. Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree) or above, in HR or a Business related discipline and at least two years’ experience delivering and supporting a Learning & Development function.
  2. OR
  3. At least 4 years’ experience (gained in the last 10 years’) delivering and supporting a Learning & Development function.

L&D experience to include:

  • The assessment of learning and development needs of employees.
  • Supporting the implementation and delivery of learning and development programmes and be content in supporting of these needs and organisational objectives.
  • Supporting the evaluation of learning and development programmes.
  1. Experience of supporting and delivering service improvements within an HR or L&D role.
  1. Experience of working in an L&D Function within a wider HR Team.
  1. Experience of using appropriate IT suite and level of programmes associated with the role, including Microsoft office - PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word, to produce presentations and targeted reporting.
  1. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
