A housing association based in Northern Ireland seeks a Learning & Development Business Partner to enhance the skills and knowledge of its teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in L&D functions and hold a relevant qualification. This role offers a salary of £33,366 - £37,938 and supports hybrid working. The Learning & Development Business Partner will support the delivery of the People Strategy by providing an effective and efficient Learning and Development function, ensuring our teams have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to support the achievement of our key strategic aims and objectives.
Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £33,366 (SP23) - £37,938 SP28) per annum
