Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in business analysis with People Systems and Processes, must have UKG (Kronos) experience.
• Experience guiding initiatives through change and process improvement.
• Experience in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and Solution Design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture requirements from business stakeholders for Time and Attendance processes.
• Document procedures and protocols related to People organization.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the Platform Support teams.
