Responsibilities

• Take absolute pride in food presentation to our customers by washing plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils quickly and efficiently, ensuring they are perfectly clean and available throughout the shift.
• Support the entire restaurant team—both front of house and back of house—to keep the restaurant running like clockwork.
• Be passionate about our food and know the menu inside out.
• Know the kitchen inside out, helping to ensure every corner and cupboard is spic and span.
• Play a part in keeping the restaurant looking fabulous at all times and meeting the marks set out in our policies, processes and guidelines.
