We’re now looking for a Kitchen Manager with a sharp eye for detail and strong commercial acumen to oversee stock control, food costs and kitchen systems across this large-scale, event‑led operation.
The Role
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the culinary operation, ensuring robust controls, accurate stock management and cost efficiency across multiple kitchens and outlets. Working closely with Head Chefs, Lead Chefs and operational teams, you’ll support high-volume food delivery while maintaining tight financial and compliance controls.
This is an ideal role for someone who understands kitchens inside out and enjoys driving performance through systems, data and organisation.
