Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Rip out old kitchens and prepare the area for install.
  • Fit new units, worktops, sinks, and appliances to a high standard.
  • Handle all finishing bits – sealing, trims, handles, doors, and adjustments.
  • Sort basic plumbing – connecting sinks, taps, and waste pipes.
  • Work tidy and respectful in occupied properties.
  • Keep tenants updated and report any extra issues back to the office.
  • Ensure all work is done safely and up to spec.
  • Occasionally work with a team or individually.
