The Role

We're looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for carrying out planned works in occupied and void social housing properties, delivering refurbishments to a high standard while maintaining excellent communication with residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Full installation of kitchens and bathrooms in social housing properties
• Plumbing, carpentry, tiling, basic plastering, and finishing works
• Ensuring all work meets health & safety regulations and quality standards
• Working efficiently to achieve daily/weekly targets
• Communicating politely and professionally with tenants and site supervisors
• Completing paperwork and job reports using handheld devices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a kitchen and/or bathroom fitter
• Multi-trade skills (plumbing, carpentry, tiling, patch plastering)
• Good understanding of social housing environments
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
