Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking full English breakfast for 220 students buffet style
• Preparing a salad bar with fresh salad items plus compound salads and protein items for 500 students
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Support the kitchen with clean down
• Be well organised and able to think for themselves, with experience in both areas
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of a high level
• Ideally have experience working within education catering
• Have a progressive career to date
• Be up to date with current food trends
• Have a real passion for food and customer service
