Job summary

A leading rehabilitation centre in Sheffield is seeking a Kitchen Assistant who can maintain high standards in our kitchen. Main duties of the job

The Kitchen Assistant at STEPSprovides support to our team of Chefs with cleaning and maintaining our highstandards. They also provide high quality service to our clients, aligned withSTEPS values and behaviours and working as a key member of theinter-disciplinary team.

Person Specification
Experience
  • Experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Excellent organisational skills,
  • Ability to follow operational procedures and practices.
  • Clear awareness and understanding of excellent customers services
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal / demonstrate excellent listening skills
  • Can work under pressure and use your own initiative
  • Able to form key working relationships with colleagues, understand the dynamics of team working
  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness of equality and diversity obligations when delivering care and also towards colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a Clinical Facility
