Job summary

A leading leisure company is seeking a Kids Dinghy Instructor to join their team in stunning Mediterranean locations. You will provide safety and instruction for children aged 3-14 years, planning fun and educational sessions while ensuring high standards of customer service. If you are passionate about water sports and creating joy for young guests, this role is for you!

Qualifications

• Must hold an RYA Dinghy Instructor certification.
• RYA Powerboat Level 2 certification required.
• Valid First Aid Certificate is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of safety and instruction for children on the waterfront.
• Plan and deliver fun, safe and educational sessions for ages 3 – 14 years.
• Ensure guest and staff safety from powerboat and from the tower.
• Conduct daily dinghy and sailing instruction.
• Maintain high customer service standards.

Reports to : Waterfront Manager

Would you like the opportunity to combine your love for water sports and travelling? Mark Warner invites you to join our team as a Kids Dinghy Instructor, where your passion becomes your job and your workplace becomes the open water!

Located in stunning locations across the Mediterranean, our resort offers a haven for enthusiasts like you. With ample time to hit the water, and use of all water sport equipment you can work abroad all whilst developing your skills.

As a Kids Dinghy Instructor, you'll have the chance to do what you love every day. You'll be the catalyst that sparks joy and excitement in our younger guests as you share your expertise and guide them through the world of windsurfing. You’ll have the freedom to unleash your creativity while you plan and deliver fun, safe and educational sessions for ages 3 – 14 years
