Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Years 3 to 6 as they develop key skills and prepare for the transition to secondary education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 2
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and confidence
* Assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and administrative tasks
* Help monitor pupil progress and feedback to teaching staff
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
* Uphold the school's values and contribute to the wider school community
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
* A passion for education and a supportive, patient approach
* Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum and classroom expectations
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* A proactive, flexible attitude to working across different schools and age groups
* Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to pupil welfare
* Right to work in the UK
