Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Assess, track, and support pupil progress, ensuring all learners are motivated, stretched, and celebrated.
Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment.
Foster independence, resilience, confidence, and a love of learning in every child.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum planning, share best practice, and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff to support the holistic development of each child.
Play an active role in school life, contributing to a vibrant and nurturing community.
