Salary:£45,000+plus Car Allowance / Company Car /Bonus /Pension /Healthcare
Well-established UK manufacturer supplying high-quality bricks and building materials requires a commercially-driven Key Accounts Manager Housebuilders. Youll optimise sales, profit and share of customer spend by promoting the Companys products and services to the assigned account portfolio,and developing strategic relationships at national housebuilder HQ and procurement levels.
What you will do
Take ownership of a defined national account portfolio of housebuilder customers and act as the main account contact.
Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Create and deliver account development plans aligned with customer expectations and company objectives.
Prepare monthly performance updates for wider management and the external sales team.
Use CRM (Salesforce) for journey planning, forecasting, documenting visits, tracking pipeline and managing account activity.
