THE ROLE: As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive portfolio of diagnostic devices, managed service solutions, and consumables to NHS hospitals. Your customers will include pathology laboratories, gastroenterology departments, wards and procurement teams. This is a highly consultative sales role that requires excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work strategically with multiple stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Key Account Manager role we are looking for:

  • Proven experience selling medical devices, consumables or capital equipment to NHS hospitals
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders across clinical and procurement settings
  • A background in science is advantageous but not essential
  • A team player with strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • A motivated, customer-focused individual with a consultative sales approach
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
