Key Account Manager - London and the South East

We are recruiting for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing business. You will be the face of the HSS ProService and the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their needs are met and requests fulfilled.

The impact you'll have:
As a Key Account Manager, you will win new profitable business and support existing customer accounts. You will promote our services across our group of companies, provide excellent service, and assist in debt collection related to accounts.

A typical day:

  1. Travel within your geographical area, balancing site visits and office meetings to support sales goals.
  2. Build and nurture relationships at multiple levels within your client base.
  3. Implement the HSS sales process to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  4. Use a consultative, mature approach to sales, emphasizing service and value.
  5. Assist in managing account debt.
  6. Promote the use of the ProService Self-Serve system.
