As Key Account Manager, you'll focus on setting the highest standards of service delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes that meet the needs of both the client team and end users, including patients, visitors, and employees of the Trust.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, service delivery, staff behaviour, and presentation across all sites.
Manage site resources, including budgets, capital expenditure, staffing, and quality assessment systems to meet ISS, Trust, and client requirements.
Report accurate financial results, ensure compliance with procedures, and drive cost control and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of communication and ensuring professional representation of the account.
Lead, motivate, and develop site teams by setting clear goals, managing performance, and promoting equal opportunities and diversity.
Communicate and deliver the Site Business Plan, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and service excellence.
Participate in on-call rotas and respond proactively to customer needs, operational challenges, and change initiatives.

Candidates should have a proven track record in facilities services operations, particularly in cleaning and/or catering (healthcare, retail or hospitality preferred).
Experience in an operational management role with financial and commercial accountability (PFI and/or multi-functional healthcare site desirable).
Strong background in soft services with customer focus and client management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams effectively.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L and budget management.
Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility at all organisational levels.
High level of initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
