Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans leveraging Goodyear's Total Mobility offer
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large and medium-sized fleets
  • Solution Selling: Align Goodyear's products and services with customer sustainability and efficiency goals through solution selling
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer issues with innovative, tailored solutions
  • Consulting: Collaborate with fleet clients to identify operational improvements
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and potential clients
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution with service, operations, finance, and product teams to meet Service Level Agreements and ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in fleet management, tire sales, telematics, or B2B account management (preferably in automotive)
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account planning and business development
  • Proficiency in [local language] and English, both written and spoken
