• You MUST have a big smile that will make each client’s face light up when they welcome you at the door.
• A good pair of eyes and ears are essential. Ears to listen to a lifetime’s worth of stories, and eyes to help find things that they’ve misplaced!

• A GCSE in history is not required, but helping a client relive their memories by flicking through a photo album together will be sure to make their day.

Being a Care Assistant with us:

• Highest pay rates in care £13-£15 an hour
• Door to door milage paid at 45p per mile
• Guaranteed Pay Contracts- consistent pay for an agreed amount of hours every month
• Minimum 1-hour callswith your own regular matched clients
• Blocked work in the same location
• Scheduled Travel time
• Mileage paid at £0.45 pence per mile from the minute you leave home
• Part time and full-time hours available
• Early Pay app- request up to 50% of your pay
