We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team at a junior/trainee level where you can build on previous experiences and learn new skills. If you enjoy a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment, this role could be for you. Working as part of the Test Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our product and delivering excellent customer service.
The Test and QA team is responsible for the successful performance of a variety of tasks that are required to test our products and ensure they are effective. You will review the products against a strict testing protocol, taking accountability for test quality and ensuring all testing is completed on schedule. You will be involved in testing new products, product adaptations, and fault‑finding or investigations into product performance.
You will produce and ensure test reports are fully completed and all results recorded, along with relevant supporting evidence. You will support the wider team in the Test & QA function and have responsibility for some of your own projects.
You will be fully immersed in the business, working on various projects simultaneously and liaising with other areas of the business, including Commercial Teams, Research and Development, Production, Customer Services, and Account Managers.
You may already have some relevant experience, such as manual testing protocols, SQL skills for back‑end/data validation, working with Jira for requirements and defect management, programming skills, security testing, or you may have an appreciation of these areas.
You will be a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. You will have a keen appetite for learning new skills with a detailed and analytical approach to your work. Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be a key skill, along with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
