We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and optimization of supply chain operations. This role is perfect for someone early in their supply chain or operations career who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving end‑to‑end processes.
Collect and analyze supply chain data related to procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and performance dashboards.
Track KPIs such as lead times, stock levels, service rates, and transportation costs.
Identify trends, variances, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with inventory planning and forecasting.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Support optimization of reorder points, safety stock, and replenishment cycles.
Coordinate with warehouse or procurement teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Help track shipments, delivery performance, and carrier metrics.
Support coordination between vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Assist with documentation, compliance checks, and shipment records.
Work with stakeholders to resolve delays or supply disruptions.
Map supply chain workflows and identify inefficiencies.
Support automation or process enhancement initiatives.
Help evaluate vendor performance and cost‑saving opportunities.
Assist in projects related to sourcing, operations, or logistics optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
0–2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, procurement, or data analysis (internships count).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
Comfort working with data, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or supply chain tools is an asset.
Experience with forecasting, planning, or inventory analysis.
Basic knowledge of SQL or analytics tools.
Exposure to procurement processes or logistics operations.
Interest in certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or SCMP.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable.
Curious and eager to learn supply chain processes end‑to‑end.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable solving problems independently.
Hands‑on experience across the full supply chain lifecycle.
