Our client, an acclaimed fine‑dining restaurant nestled in the heart of Bedfordshire, is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef. This role offers the chance to create an array of innovative, modern British dishes featured on the restaurant’s stunning tasting menu.

  • £36,000 per annum plus service charge

  • Working 5 days per week, only 3 evenings
  • 2 full days off and 2 nights off every week
