Qualifications

• Current role as Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef looking for growth.
• Ability to demonstrate kitchen skills including food prep and hygiene practices.
• Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver effective shifts.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed for each service.

What you'll bring :

• You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef that is looking to take the next step in their career.
• You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef / kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
• Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
