Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role.
• Ability to work with fresh ingredients and execute food prep.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and allergen practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef during shifts.
• Ensure prep work is completed for each day.
• Follow specifications for each dish.

What you'll bring :

• You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef that is looking to take the next step in their career.
• You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef / kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
• Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
