Overview

Junior Sister / Charge Nurse - We are excited about the Ward Sister roles that we have developed for our wards within our Surgical Directorate and Planned Care Division. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader into the ward sister role on MMW at St Helier Hospital. The successful candidate will be able to drive the clinical quality agenda and ensure patients receive an outstanding experience within our care. The Mary Moore Ward (MMW) is a surgical ward comprising 39 beds with a clear and ambitious vision to provide outstanding patient care and to become the best.

Responsibilities
  • Lead from the bedside and set the tone for exceptional and high quality nursing care.
  • Drive the clinical quality agenda and ensure an outstanding patient experience.
  • Support and develop others to become excellent at what they do.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Compassionate nurse who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced and passionate about care.
  • Experience and ambition to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to champion compassionate, high quality and dignified patient care.
