A leading healthcare provider in Manchester is seeking a motivated Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for the Acute Medical Unit. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a dynamic environment, while providing high-quality nursing care. The ideal candidate will have relevant nursing experience and be committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team. Competitive salary range is £38,682 to £46,580 per annum, pro rata.

The Acute Medical Unit (AMU) at North Manchester General Hospital is looking for highly motivated, innovative and experienced nurses to join our dynamic team.
Applicants should be positive and adaptable to a changing environment that prides itself on quality and efficiency. You will be given the opportunity to learn and develop new leadership and management skills and act as a role model for best practice to junior staff. This role will also allow for further development opportunities within our team. A calm, diplomatic and caring approach is necessary and you must have the ability to deal with the varied and challenging demands of the unit. You must have the ability to multi‑task and prioritise under pressure, work within a large multi‑disciplinary team. AMU is a 51‑bedded unit.
