A growing security systems company in Chelmsford is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support their sales team through lead generation and client engagement activities. We are a well-established and growing security systems company providing high-quality fire safety, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm solutions. Our services include design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance and servicing for commercial clients across the Southeast of England. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our client base through focused lead generation and sales support activity.
As a Junior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by identifying and generating qualified leads for service and maintenance contracts. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, eager to learn and grow in the security systems industry. You’ll be expected to research potential commercial clients, make outbound calls and emails, qualify prospects, and arrange appointments for the senior sales team.
