• Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Identify, engage, and assess top life sciences talent across global markets.
• Proactively approach and engage passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn and industry networks.
• Consistently work towards exceeding both individual and team performance targets.
• Attend client meetings and actively carry out business development to place candidates within our technology brand.

Qualifications

• Develop a strong network of professionals and decision-makers within the life sciences sector. Ideally have 6-12 months of sales or recruitment experience.
