SRG are currently recruiting for a motivated Junior Project Engineer to join a successful and growing client in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of CAPEX projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D environments
  • Assist in the development of project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, and operations
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline)
  • Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with CAPEX project lifecycle and engineering documentation
  • Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance in pharma environments
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
