Junior / Mid Web Designer – Design Manager in Training. Based in our Dorking HQ. Starting £28,000, rising upon promotion to Team Manager. Plus Benefits (Company trips, professional development days, structured mentoring). Full Time – Permanent. Hours: 8:45 am – 5 pm. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

This role combines creative freedom with real responsibility. You won’t be stuck shadowing from the sidelines – you’ll be building client websites, learning best practices from senior designers, and developing leadership skills that set you apart.
Months 1‑3: Receive full, hands‑on training in Webflow, client site updates, and in‑house design systems. Gain confidence working directly with live projects, supported every step of the way.
Months 3‑6: Start shadowing management responsibilities – helping allocate design tasks, track performance, and support your teammates.
Month 6 onwards: Step into the Design Manager role, leading the team day‑to‑day, overseeing creative output, and helping shape the future of the design department.
