A fast-growing UK software company is looking for a Junior IT Technician to join their internal IT team in Bristol. This office-based role is perfect for recent graduates or those at the start of their IT career. Responsibilities include providing first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting in web application updates. Responsibilities

• Providing 1st line internal IT support (hardware & software).
• Troubleshooting user issues and fixing peripherals.
• Updating web applications using FTP.
