Location: Lakeside shopping centre, Lakeside, Essex, RM202ZP

We are looking for someone who is a newly qualified Level 2 or 3 NVQ hairdresser to join our team and expand their knowledge with further education to become a fully qualified and confident TONI&GUY Hairdresser.

Working Pattern

– Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

Starting salary

Starting salary - NMW, dependant on experience

What you\’ll be doing?

• Continuing your education with TONI&GUY to ensure you are a confident member of staff able to conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.The education provided will be a serious of courses to add to your Level 2 hairdressing qualification in preparation for your completion of the TONI&GUY level 4 vardering program.
• Learning how to expand your client base and create high retention rates.
• Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
• Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI&GUY brand.
• Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.

Please note that our Lakeside salon is partnered with our Southend salon, you may be required to occasionally help in TONI&GUY Southend. However this only if needed, your main place of work will be Lakeside.
