Overview

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Media Team, supporting the creation of high-quality visual content across immersive and experiential projects, as well as brand-led and internal work.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in experiential design, immersive media, or interactive environments, who also enjoys the craft of graphic design, layouts, artworking, and presentation within a fast-paced studio setting.

You’ll work closely with senior designers, artists, and producers, contributing to projects from early concepts through to final delivery. You’ll also play an important role in supporting internal brand development and taking on day-to-day design tasks.

While this role is firmly rooted in graphic design, we support individual growth and won’t limit progression if your interests develop into other areas of media over time.

  • Follow established art direction, brand guidelines, and visual systems
  • Take feedback constructively and apply changes accurately and efficiently
  • Help maintain organised files and assets in line with studio workflows
  • Work to clear creative briefs, managing time effectively to meet agreed deadlines
You should have
  • A clear interest in experiential design, immersive media, or interactive environments
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, colour, typography, composition)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with, or an interest in developing skills in, Figma & Figma Slides
  • An understanding of designing for digital screens and/or physical spaces
  • A positive, proactive, and self-starting mindset
  • A natural problem solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and confidence

  • An excellent collaborator who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Clear communication skills and a constructive approach to feedback
  • A curious and adaptable mindset, open to learning new skills over time
  • Ability to understand and respond to creative briefs, balancing quality with deadlines
It would be great if you have
  • Any additional creative interests or experience beyond core graphic design
  • Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Blender, or Unity
  • An interest in exploring new tools or creative directions as your career develops
What We Offer
  • Support and guidance from experienced graphic designers within the Media Team, including senior team members working directly in your discipline
