Your mission

We are looking for acreative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designerto support Index with high-quality visuals across all channels. This role combinesstatic design, motion graphics, PPT creation, video editing, branding support, and basic web design. You will play a key role in producing visuals for leadership presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, brand assets, and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design (Static Visuals)
  • Create professional designs for social media, presentations, digital ads, and company materials.
  • Produce branded assets, icons, infographics, and layouts that align with our visual identity.
  • Support colleagues with design needs for internal or client-facing materials.
2. Motion Graphics & Dynamic Content
  • Design simple animations, GIFs, and dynamic visuals for campaigns.
  • Create short motion pieces to enhance brand storytelling.
3. Presentation Design (PPT / Google Slides)
  • Build visually engaging decks for leadership, sales teams, and internal meetings.
  • Transform complex information into clean, professional presentation visuals.
  • Ensure consistency with Index branding across all slides.
4. Video Editing
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos (interviews, team events, promotional content).
  • Add subtitles, transitions, overlays, effects, and brand animations.
  • Assist with basic footage shooting when needed (remote-friendly tools).
5. Web & Digital Design
  • Create assets for websites, landing pages, and email templates.
  • Support light UI/UX tasks such as layout suggestions, banner creation, or simple prototypes.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement designs.
6. Brand Consistency & Creative Support
  • Maintain and evolve the Index visual identity.
  • Update brand kits, templates, and design systems.
  • Work closely with marketing to maintain coherent visuals across channels.
7. Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, RevOps, Leadership, and Delivery teams on design needs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and internal initiatives.
  • Manage requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Your profile
  • 1–2 years of experience as a graphic designer, multimedia designer, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across static, video, and dynamic formats.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva.
  • Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of web design principles (Figma layouts, simple UI assets).
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and produce clean, professional designs.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
