Our clients include firms from all sectors including charities, architects, engineers, communications, and technology firms. We offer both ad‑hoc project support, and ongoing outsourcing of key services.

We are now looking for a motivated junior or graduate-level individual to join our team and support the business across bidding, marketing, and operations. This is a varied role offering broad exposure to how a small, growing company operates and improves.

You will be supporting the Managing Director and Bidding Management lead with all aspects of the company. You will be encouraged to innovate new ways of working, both internally and for our clients, and should you identify an opportunity we will support you to develop this. You will be working with all levels of executives across SMEs and so professionalism and courtesy is key.

Our clients are predominantly in London, with offices around the UK. You won’t be expected to travel to these sites but may need to come into client offices in central London from time to time. We work remotely but meet on client sites and in cooperative workspaces when required. You’ll be provided with equipment to work from home and encouraged to visit clients to build relationships of your own. We are selective about who we work with, they’re all great people and have excellent communities you can join.

  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders
  • Gathering information from internal teams and external partners to support bid responses
