Are you looking to start a career within the thriving EV and Electrical Sector? This role of Junior Estimator will be provided with on the job training from scratch and will work on a varied range of projects from LV / HV connections, to full onsite builds and installations. This role will require you to assist in multiple tender enquiries across a number of different clients. Graduates looking to get into an estimator role are welcome to apply.

More about the role :

• Working with the Estimator & Senior Electrical Estimator to support on the delivery on high-quality estimates and tenders.-
• Evaluation of tender enquiry documentation received from clients and ensure all relevant / correct information has been provided.
• Reviewing tender information received and outlining scope in order for the scheme to be accurately tendered.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients as well as developing new relationships.
• Attending Pre-Construction meetings with Operations & Project Management team when bids are successful and PO’s issued.
• Requesting asset values from our IDNO partners in relation to the scope of the project.
• Measuring designs using either PDF or google maps to ensuring accurate take offs are recorded.
• Ensuring internal tendering trackers are kept up to date.
• Check client feedback from tenders that are on-going and completed.
• Set up new projects on our Sharepoint.
