A national service provider in commercial maintenance is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their Bristol team. Are you an Estimator or Junior Estimator working in the Facilities Management or Engineering Maintenance Sector and looking for development into an Estimator role? This is a new exciting role working for a large national service provider to the commercial maintenance industry.

This role is working out of the Bristol office with 3 days per week office based and 2 days WFH, you will work on predominantly Mechanical and Electrical FM, Maintenance and small works projects across the business.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail to join our Business Development function as a Bid Estimator. The successful candidate will oversee and deliver estimating/costing for new tenders within the Facilities Management/Building Services sector, specialising in Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric works.

We are looking for a candidate with passion, drive and looking to develop their wider Business Development skills in support of the wider business objectives.

They will be required to present to members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on a frequent basis as part of the bid governance process, and present as part of the wider BD team to prospective clients...
