Location: Ashchurch – Full-time/Permanent

We are looking for a motivated Junior Design Engineer to join our forward-thinking team in Ashchurch. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, gain practical experience, and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced engineers.

What You Will Do
  • Support the design and development of hardware systems from concept through testing
  • Assist with preparation of design documentation, prototypes, and technical drawings
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and external suppliers
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and optimise system performance
  • Participate in project milestones, including design reviews and technical evaluations
What We Are Looking For
  • A degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Systems Engineering
  • Some experience or strong academic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems
  • Interest in creating engineering solutions for challenging environments
  • Enthusiasm to learn EMC principles, mechanical engineering fundamentals, and system design best practices
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to learning
