Description

Due to our continued growth, ELEMIS have created a brand new role for a Junior Creative Integrated Producer! Reporting to the Senior Creative Integrated Producer, this role will support the production of creative marketing content, shoots and integrated campaigns across stills, video, social, digital and in-store channels.

Acting as a key link between Project Managers and Creative teams, the Junior Creative Integrated Producer helps ensure assets are delivered on time, on brand and to the required specifications. They will assist in coordinating logistics, talent, product, timelines, documentation and production resources, while learning to manage smaller-scale shoots and creative deliverables. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, efficient production process and supporting the wider creative team as we scale.

What Will You Do?
  • Support the end-to-end production of integrated marketing content across stills, video, social, digital, and in-store assets, managing projects from initial brief through to final delivery, with growing ownership of smaller-scale productions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer to plan, coordinate, and deliver shoots, overseeing core production logistics including booking locations, crew travel and accommodation, call sheets, production schedules, and on-set support.
  • Manage all required permits, insurance, and health and safety compliance to ensure shoots are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with agents and equipment suppliers to coordinate kit requirements, ensuring production needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Manage samples and product logistics for shoots, including tracking product availability, coordinating product pulls, ordering replenishment where required, and ensuring all items are prepped, labelled and delivered to shoots on time.
  • Work alongside the Senior Creative Producer and Creative Producer to support budget administration, including raising purchase orders, reconciling expenses, onboarding new suppliers, and ensuring all artist contracts are secured, accurately documented, and correctly stored.
  • Circulate seasonal model briefs to agencies and support the collation of detailed model packs for internal review and approval.
  • Maintain and evolve foundational production workflows, documentation and trackers to support efficiency, collaboration and visibility across creative projects.
  • Stay aware of emerging production trends, tools and best practices, actively contributing ideas to improve workflow and team operations.
What we are looking for :
  • Experience in creative production, content creation, creative operations or a related role (in-house preferable), ideally within skincare, beauty or a similar consumer category.
  • Foundational understanding of creative production processes across stills, video, social content and digital marketing.
  • Organisation : proactive in planning, excellent attention to detail across logistics, documentation, timelines and file management.
  • Communication and relationship management; able to cultivate positive working relationships internally and externally and proactively networks to maintain best industry contacts.
  • Adaptability : able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond to change, prioritise effectively and support several projects at varying stages of production.
  • Learning mindset : demonstrates ability to apply learnings, drive improvements, and eagerness to develop professionally.
  • Problem solving : able to navigate problems in real time and make decisions to avoid and remove risks.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, creative storytelling and the evolving world of content and production.
