Le candidat participera à la préparation des factures et au suivi des coûts, en soutenant le Senior Cost Engineer dans un environnement dynamique. Main Tasks - During contract execution
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Assist Senior / Cost Engineer for larger projects by performing analysis and compiling information
Preparation of project back-up for invoicing and administration of the invoicing process
Assist on internal and external invoice approval
Follow-up on man-hours and cost monitoring for the updates of changes to the forecast
Responsible for compiling Vessel DPRs (Daily Progress Report)
Assist in Monthly Project Cost Report computation
Follow up reimbursable costs
Increase other Department awareness of the Cost Control function
Review of commitments
Assist procurement on invoices from Subcontractors /Suppliers
Key tasks: Develop or Assist Senior / C ost Engineer needs to develop and maintain reporting requirements
Manpower forecasting
Vessel forecasting
Change Control (Budget Transfer / VO and changes to Forecast)
Cost sensitivities analysis
Other reporting requirements
Qualifications :
Must have:

Technical/General/Competencies
Microsoft Office, Excel, Oracle
Typical background and experience required :
Must have:
Finance/Business Bachelor / Master and/or qualification
Fresh Graduate up to 3 years of experience of Cost Control depending on project size and complexity
Nice to have:
Experience in the oil and gas industry
