Overview

Location: Coventry - Kite Environmental Solutions. Based at our state-of-the-art offices in Coventry, Kite is looking for an enthusiastic, recent graduate with an all-round skillset who would like to develop their customer-facing and business management expertise.

The role involves working with companies across the UK, advising them on how to comply with the Extended Producer Responsibility and helping them analyse, understand and report their packaging data.

You will enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities within the team, managing a portfolio of customers including some site visits, data analysis, providing advice, problem solving, information management, and marketing our services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, including on-site visits where appropriate.
• Analyse packaging data and advise clients on compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility requirements.
• Provide practical advice, problem solving, and information management to support customers.
• Contribute to marketing Kite's services to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Soft Skills
• 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role (B2B desired but not essential).
• Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with customers.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging at all levels.
• Strong numeracy with proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
• Organised and self-motivated.
• Education
• Graduated with a minimum of a 2:1 BA/BS degree.
• Achieved a minimum of B, B, C grades in three A-Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum grade A or 7+ in GCSE Maths.

Requirements

• You must be approved to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence.
