Junior Commercial Property Solicitor - Our client, a highly regarded Southeast London/ Kent practice, has asked us to find them a further Commercial Property Solicitor to join their small but busy team.
The team handle a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions. They are now calling for an enthusiastic 1 – 2 PQE to specialise in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases, licenses, property management work, site acquisitions and development and secured lending.
They are seeking a commercially aware Solicitor who can become a vital part of the team and add value to the practice. You should have experience as part of your training contract or post qualification experience within commercial property and some knowledge of planning, building and construction would be desirable.
