Job description
Overview

This is a Junior Clinical Fellow post (payscale equivalent to ST1). The remit of the postholder(s) will be to work within the multi-disciplinary team providing and further developing care for patients within the service. In addition, the individual will be required to play an active role in the general workload of the Care Group while having a significant commitment to teaching and training of junior staff. This is a short-term post for 6 months from March 2026 until September 2026 and interested candidates must be available to work this time period. This post is ideal for doctors with previous paediatric and/or neonatal experience in the NHS looking to add to their experience and/or considering a Paediatric Training post. This post will be predominantly based in general paediatrics and includes postnatal ward experience.

It is envisaged that the appointee will contribute to the development and delivery of aspects of these services depending upon their interests and experience.
